Stellar Start does not present partner factories as facilities that we own. Our role is to connect qualified buyers with suitable products and to remain accountable for the commercial and service stages of each order.

- Specification confirmation — documenting dimensions, materials, colors, voltage requirements, quantities and packaging before an order is confirmed.
- Order coordination — communicating approved requirements to specialist manufacturing partners and tracking the agreed production schedule.
- Quality verification — coordinating order-specific photos, measurements, packing checks or third-party inspection when agreed in the quotation.
- Export and logistics support — preparing commercial documentation and coordinating the selected shipping method and trade terms.
- After-sales support — receiving claims, reviewing evidence and coordinating replacement parts or other agreed remedies.
Our Manufacturing Partner Approach
We work with established specialist manufacturing partners selected for their product knowledge and production capabilities. Supplier identities, factory imagery and commercial arrangements may remain confidential. This does not prevent buyers from verifying their own orders.
For qualified wholesale orders, customers may request batch-specific inspection photos, a live video product review or an independent third-party pre-shipment inspection. The inspection scope, cost and acceptance criteria are confirmed before the order is placed.
